Catherine DeRose
Catherine DeRose joined SAB BIO in February, 2024 as Vice President of Human Resources and brings to the company extensive Human Resources, Organizational Leadership and Operational experience across various industries, including pharmaceutical manufacturing/packaging, medical devices and consumer products. Catherine has worked in early phase and commercial phase biotech companies and has led domestic and global teams through transition and growth in positions of progressive responsibility including Vice President of Human Resources at Catalyst Pharmaceuticals and Aveo Oncology, Vice President of Supply Chain/Human Resources at AmerTac, and Senior Director of Human Resources with Zealand Pharma (formerly Valeritas). Catherine holds a B.A. from Arcadia University, an M.S.A. from Central Michigan University and is a SHRM-SCP Certified Human Resources Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt.
